Job Description

The Domestic Hotel & Package Executive is responsible for handling all domestic travel arrangements, including hotel reservations and itinerary coordination for clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and knowledge of travel platforms and booking systems. Key Responsibilities: Manage domestic hotel bookings, ensuring best rates and preferred accommodations as per client requirements. Prepare and share travel itineraries, confirmations, and invoices with clients in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel deals. Coordinate with suppliers, hotels for booking confirmations, amendments, or cancellations. Manage customer queries related to bookings, refunds, and rescheduling with professionalism. Ensure accurate data entry and documentation for all bookings and payments. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to support group and corporate travel requirements. Maintain excellent client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: 0-1 years of experience in domestic booking. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving approach.
