We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Holiday Consultant Responsibilities: Design domestic and international itineraries tailored to customer needs. Follow up with new and existing customers on tour packages. Handle end-to-end travel services: tour packages, airline bookings, hotels, costing, and documentation. Respond to customer queries via email and phone promptly and professionally. Coordinate with suppliers and hotels to process bookings efficiently. Prepare customized quotations based on supplier costings. Update tour packages on our web portal. Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong customer database. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings. Liaise effectively with internal departments and suppliers. What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Freshers are welcome – training will be provided!
