Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant located in Kozhikode. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, coordinating with clients to customize tour packages, providing visa assistance, and ensuring an exceptional travel experience. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, booking accommodations and transport, providing destination information, and addressing any travel-related concerns or issues that arise. The Holiday Consultant will work closely with the team to deliver top-notch service and create unforgettable travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel planning, itinerary creation, and booking accommodation and transport
• Skills in customer service, communication, and client relationship management
• Knowledge of visa processes and international travel regulations
• Ability to customize travel packages based on client preferences
• Familiarity with global travel destinations and tourist attractions
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and technology
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Relevant degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
