Our team of 250+ professionals is dedicated to making each trip seamless and enjoyable. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Holiday Consultant based in Kozhikode. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for planning and customizing travel itineraries, assisting clients with visa applications, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include researching travel destinations, booking accommodations and activities, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish. Qualifications Proficiency in planning and customizing travel itineraries Experience with visa applications and travel documentation Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of international travel destinations and attractions Communicative proficiency in English & Local languages Problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred Relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry is beneficial Show more Show less
