Holiday Consultant : Sales Department

Experience: 3-5Year(Tour Pacakages Sales)

Location : Noida, Sector 18

Pay : ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Can Join: Immediate or 15 Days (Max)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
• Create tailored travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
• Sell holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and travel insurance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of destinations, packages, and travel services.
• Stay updated with travel trends, visa regulations, offers, and destination knowledge.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for bookings and confirmations.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and close sales effectively.
• Any graduate; prior experience in travel sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Target-driven mindset with a passion for the travel industry.
