Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Fine Arts or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching Fine Arts. - Strong skills in Art, Painting, and Fine Art. - Leadership and mentoring abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven track record of managing a department within an educational setting.
