Job Description

The HLS Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving engagement with clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industry.
Lead engagement initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
1-6 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or business development in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and market dynamics in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
