Job Description

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily club operations ensuring premium service standards and smooth workflow.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve operational, sales, and service goals.
Drive membership sales through effective client engagement and relationship-building.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, processes, and brand guidelines to maintain a luxury customer experience.
Monitor club performance metrics and take corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain service excellence.

Requirements:

610 years of experience in luxury fitness clubs or hospitality, covering operations, sales, and team management.
Strong leadership abilities with a process-driven approach.
Polished communication skills with excellent client-handling capabilities.
High sense of accountability and ownership in delivering business outcomes.
Ability to manage high-end clientele and ensure premium service standards.
