Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist with shadowing, training, and mentorship to new onboarding specialists.
When volume allows, participate in initiatives, testing, and implementation of new systems and processes.
Collaborate and partner with internal employees and maintain a high level of process quality and consistency while administering the onboarding for your clients consultants and contractors.
Complete the full cycle onboarding process through our ATS sites.
Complete and track client requirements (background check, drug tests, health screens, client documents) required based off your consultant’s assignment.
Document your consultants’ onboarding status and communication attempts so internal departments have real time visibility into hire’s progress.
Review new and existing client contracts to gather client requirements and track in company’s Master client requirement tracker.
Update and manage internal resources and templates for the accounts that you support.
Complete submission of client audits upon request and receive a “pass” result.
Set up background check, drug test, and/or health tests based off your client requirements with vendor companies.
Administer the FCRA process when dealing with background check discrepancies.
Administer the I-9 and e-verify process as per Federal laws, including compliance in the form and returned within 72 hours.
Administer state compliance rules and guidelines when completing the onboarding process.
Assist Operations and HR with projects when needed.
Field calls to appropriate departments as applicable
