• Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a major in Physics, Chemistry, or Biology, and a B.Ed. qualification (or equivalent).
  
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school or educational institution.
  
• Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching science to middle school students (Classes 6–10).
  
• Experience with practical science teaching, lab management, and experiment demonstration.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment across multiple branches in Maharashtra.
  
• Valid teaching certification as per the state’s teacher eligibility criteria (e.g., CTET or equivalent).
