We are seeking a Consumer Insights Manager to lead product testing and innovation research for one of our core categories. This role is pivotal to the product development process, working closely with R&D and Marketing to ensure our innovations are anchored in consumer expectations and sensorial delight. This role goes beyond data and reports were looking for someone who can connect the dots, extract meaningful insights, and shape business decisions. The role includes leading a small insights team, and given the nature of the category, we strongly encourage applications from women professionals.

Product & Sensory Insights for R&D

• Lead CLTs, HUTs, and sensorial evaluations to support formulation and product improvement
• Translate consumer feedback into clear, actionable recommendations for R&D and Marketing
• Support the creation of insight-backed RTBs and product stories
• Guide innovations to be rooted in consumer truths, not just technical superiority
• Contribute over time to predictive frameworks and product performance benchmarks

Strategic Insight Development

• Synthesize research findings into big-picture insights that strengthen product-market fit
• Identify emerging needs, whitespace opportunities, and evolving consumer expectations
• Present insight narratives that are decision-ready and confidence-building
• Help shape long-term category insight frameworks in collaboration with CI and innovation leads

Team & Project Leadership

• Manage and mentor a small team of insight professionals
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing rigour, speed, and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate effectively with external partners and internal cross-functional teams
• Champion a culture of strategic, consumer-first thinking across the innovation journey
