Job Description

Hiring: Sr. Analyst Financial Reporting & Controls (R2R - Reconciliation)

Sr. Analyst - Financial Reporting & Controls

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile General Ledger, Bank, and Intercompany Accounts
Review and manage Reconciliation Accounts and variances
Prepare and upload journal entries as part of month-end activities
Investigate and resolve open items with timely stakeholder communication
Ensure accuracy and compliance in reconciliation processes
Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant R2R experience
Strong understanding of reconciliation procedures and financial controls
Proficiency in month-end processes and journal entries
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proactive problem-solving ability and stakeholder management
