Role & Responsibilities:

Reconcile
General Ledger, Bank, and Inter company Accounts
.
Review reconciliation accounts and investigate variances.
Perform
month-end activities
(prepare & upload journal entries, etc.).
Manage and clear open items, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders on aged items.
Maintain
high accuracy
in the reconciliation process.

Requirements:

Experience:
3–6 years in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation.
Qualification:
Any Finance Graduate with relevant experience.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, strong reconciliation expertise.
CTC:
Up to 9 LPA (including 6% variable).
Shift:
3 PM – 12 AM (flexibility to work night shifts during month-end).
