About this Role

As a SAP IBP Product Manager (SCM) at VOIS, the individual will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across both technical and process domains. This role involves validating functional and technical designs provided by system integrators, engaging in high-level architectural discussions, and resolving incidents or major issues in collaboration with operations and business stakeholders. The individual will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and analyse quarterly SAP IBP release functionalities to ensure system integrity and guide business adoption.

What you will do

• Maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders to ensure effective design and delivery of the SAP IBP roadmap.
• Own and manage end-to-end project demands from requirement definition to business-as-usual operations.
• Provide subject matter expertise across business activities and support implementation teams, system integrators, global process owners, and shared service organisations.
• Lead workshops, design and testing activities, training material development, deployment, data cleansing, mapping, and migration efforts.
• Analyse quarterly SAP IBP releases to identify enhancements and prevent regressions.
• Guide internal and external system integrators in solution design and implementation.
• Coordinate with OSF stakeholders as per project and release requirements.

What skills you need

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
• Strong understanding of logistics planning processes including demand planning, supply planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
• Ability to validate functional and technical designs and discuss high-level architecture.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency in requirement analysis, test scenario development, and quality assurance.
• Graduation or post-graduation in Computer Science or Information Technology.
