Sales Officer

Job Specification:-

Minimum 0-1 years of experience in sales OTC, General Trade & Modern Trade, preferably in the OTC Pharma industry.
Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and sales data.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proven track record of team handling and achieving business growth targets.

Manage and drive sales for General Trade and Pharma/OTC channels within the designated territory.
Appointment of Super Stockist and Distributors.
Plan and execute the sales route for daily market visits to maximize coverage and improve product penetration.
Daily market visit and cover 30-35 retailers daily basis as per monthly travel plan.
Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales.
Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve business growth and sales targets.
Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales revenue.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and promotional activities.
Regularly review and report on sales performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
