About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion:
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the commercial manufacturing market in Chennai and surrounding regions.
Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and close new business opportunities with SMEs, job shops, tooling companies, and component manufacturers.
Account Management:
Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Solution Selling:
Present and demonstrate CAD/CAM software solutions tailored to client needs.
Sales Targets:
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Collaboration:
Work with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver compelling customer proposals.
Market Awareness:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to position solutions effectively.

Key Requirements

5–8 years of
successful sales experience
in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related manufacturing solutions.
Strong network in the
commercial manufacturing segment
.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the territory.
