Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:
Develop and execute targeted sales plans to grow CAD/CAM solution adoption across North India.
Business Development:
Identify, engage, and acquire new customers in the commercial manufacturing segment.
Key Account Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Solution Selling:
Conduct high-impact presentations and product demos tailored to customer needs.
Revenue Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions.

Key Requirements

8+ years of
successful CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM sales experience
or equivalent manufacturing solutions.
Strong industry network in the
commercial manufacturing market
within North India.
Demonstrated ability to
consistently achieve sales targets
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively across the North India region.
