Job Description

Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Present, promote, and sell products or services using solid sales techniques.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive activities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts in CRM tools.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build brand awareness.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

4 years experience in sales of interior products, willing to travel and relocate.
Knowledge of digital sales tools and social selling.
Multilingual ability
