We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive based in Chennai to contribute to our business development efforts in the region.

Job Title: Sales Manager – India
Location: Chennai, India
Industry: Logistics | Freight Forwarding | 3PL
Experience: 10–15 years
Education: MBA (Mandatory)
Reporting To: Executive Director (Dubai)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow business in India, with focus on Chennai.
• Identify, pursue, and convert opportunities in freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, and 3PL.
• Manage and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Consistently achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
• Lead solution-based selling in collaboration with operations, pricing, and warehousing teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to recommend improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of sales/business development experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or 3PL.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing large deals.
• Strong knowledge of India’s logistics and supply chain landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Leadership qualities with ability to work independently and with global teams.
• MBA (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
