Position : Sales Intern Location: WFH Experience: Freshers Working days - 6 days (Mon to Sat) Work Timings - 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Roles and Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive information to prospective learners through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Guide students and parents on their learning needs via structured counseling sessions (K-12 segment). Arrange appointments and conduct daily online demo sessions, including follow-up interactions. Handle objections and negotiate prices to achieve sales revenue. Resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Exceed monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and enrollments. Sustain open communication until the learner is fully integrated into the system. Requirements: Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (preferred). Passion for the EdTech industry and willingness to learn. What We Offer: Hands-on experience in sales and customer relationship management.
