Job Title: Education Counselor Location: Noida-62 Experience: Minimum 6 months Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Education Counselor to guide prospective students through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping students make informed decisions about their education. Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their academic background, career aspirations, and program interests. Lead Management: Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and chat to provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities. Application Assistance: Assist students in completing application forms, gathering required documents, and ensuring timely submissions. Conversion & Follow-ups: Convert potential leads into enrollments by addressing queries, overcoming objections, and maintaining regular communication. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in any field (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Minimum 6 Months of experience in student counseling, sales, or customer service (Education sector experience preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle multiple inquiries and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
