Position: Lead Operations (International) Reports To: VP - Operations Job Type: Work from Home Experience: 3-7 years in operations management. Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off) Working Time: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Roles and Responsibilities: As a Lead Operations resource, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live classes, resolving real-time issues, and managing team coordination. Key responsibilities include: Live Class Management: Ensure all scheduled classes are launched on time. Monitor classes for teacher availability and take immediate action in case of teacher absence. Step in and substitute as the teacher when required. Coordinate with the team to allocate substitute teachers promptly. Technical Assistance: Provide real-time support to teachers on slack for technical issues. Troubleshoot with teacher for basic Zoom-related problems to ensure uninterrupted sessions. Student and Teacher Support: Review and address student feedback to enhance the learning experience. Respond to helpdesk tickets and community questions raised by teachers. Operational Excellence: Process and manage teacher substitutions efficiently. Maintain accurate records of operational activities and escalate issues when necessary. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions proactively. Additional Responsibilities: Support in other operational tasks as assigned. Contribute to a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of experience in operations or tutor management roles. Leadership experience is essential. International experience is required Preferred Background: Edtech experience is preferred Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in scheduling and CRM tools. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
