Hiring Sales Executives – Travel, Banquet & Rooms

Role Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Professional to join our team across three key profiles:

• Travel & Tourism Professional–

  Manage B2B/B2C travel bookings, coordinate with partners, and create customized itineraries/packages to enhance guest experiences.

• Banquet Sales Manager

  – Generate leads, build client relationships, and handle end-to-end sales for banquets, conferences, weddings, and social gatherings.

• Room Sales Executive –

  Focus on selling room packages, corporate tie-ups, and individual bookings while ensuring seamless guest engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of sales strategies and market research
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
