a. Support Chief Internal Auditor in developing internal audit programs across organization.
b. Onboarding, managing & monitoring external audit partners and ensuring timely execution of internal audits
c. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of General Controls, security measures, and risk management practices
d. Execute/support in other process audits
e. Develop and maintain audit methodologies, work programs, and testing procedures
f. Identify control gaps and recommend remediation strategies for improving Governance
g. Prepare detailed audit reports for executive management and the audit committee
h. Monitor compliance with RBI guidelines specific to operations in NBFCs
i. Stay updated on emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting the NBFC sector
Follow-up of pending audit issues
a. Continuous follow up with functions on open audit issues for timely closure
Special Initiatives
a. Support activities like IFC, SOX etc by coordinating with other audit team members
b. Understand the requirements & facilitate effective implementation
