Job Description

Hiring Planning Engineer For Luxury Hotel Development Company @ Bangalore, Near International Airport.

Please Note : Candidate who can join immediately or within 20 days will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Assist in the planning and execution of project
Develop detailed project schedules in
MSP
& track progress
Focus on coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and civil finishes to ensure seamless integration and adherence to project specifications.
Oversee and coordinate with internal project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve project goals and deadlines
Monitor project budgets and expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and project timelines.
Preparation of project progress, risk mitigation presentation for higher management.
Arrange meetings with contractors and vendors, discuss and resolve any issues, and ensure that activities are delivered on time.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence, to ensure comprehensive project records.
