Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer with sound knowledge of Mechanical design & has a good command over applicable Standard Codes to join our team- Shreno Engineering Limited. Job Description: 1. Responsible for designing calculations, conceptualizing and designing mechanical systems and components. developing complex heavy fabrication projects, including steel structures, machinery, and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, Troubleshooting technical issues and finding creative solutions-having exposures to work for heavy fabrication equipment using design software. 2. Knowledge of Mechanical design of Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Columns, Storage Tanks, Etc. 3. Experience of developing designs for Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Columns, Storage Tanks, Etc Equipment Manufacturers as per ASME Code is preferable. 4. Knowledge of FEA will added advantage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design Calculations for design rating Heat Exchangers. 2. Design Calculations (using PVElite) for Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessel, Columns, Storage Tanks, Etc 3. Proficient in heavy fabrication design software, such as Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks. 4. Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. 5. Knowledge in TEMA & API standards for Shell & Tubes, Hairpins, Air Coolers and Plate. 6. Interpret and analyze specifications ; Compute and apply mathematical formulas 7. Prepare engineering drawings that detail plans and specifications with accuracy & compliance
