Job Description

Hiring: Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new clients for industrial plot sales
Handle inquiries, conduct site visits & close deals
Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare proposals, quotations & maintain sales reports

Requirements:

Experience:
• Senior Sales Executive 2 to 5 years (Real Estate / Industrial Projects preferred) • Sales Executive 1 to 3 years (Real Estate or related field)
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal & presentation skills; Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

Salary:

Sr. Sales Executive: 20,000 – 30,000/month
Sales Executive: 15,000 – 25,000/month
