Hiring Medical Records diploma holders For MRD Officer role

We are hiring MRD Officer for Vijayawada location.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Records Management

• Create, update, and maintain accurate patient medical records (physical and electronic).
• Ensure all fertility treatment-related documentation (IVF cycles, lab reports, scans, consents) is properly recorded.
• Index and file patient records for easy retrieval.

Confidentiality & Compliance

• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA / ICMR / local medical data confidentiality standards.
• Protect sensitive fertility-related data such as donor information, genetic reports, and patient history.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections.

Data Entry & Documentation

• Enter patient demographics, test results, and treatment details into EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of records before final submission.
• Scan and upload diagnostic reports, lab results, and consents.

Coordination with Clinical Team

• Collaborate with doctors, embryologists, and nurses to ensure timely record updates.
• Provide required patient files during consultations and procedures.
• Track treatment progress and update records accordingly.

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate MIS reports on patient volumes, treatment cycles, and outcomes as required by management.
• Maintain data for research and clinical audits.
• Assist in preparing reports for government/statutory bodies (ICMR, ART registry, etc.).

Record Retrieval & Storage

• Retrieve and provide patient records quickly when requested by clinicians.
• Maintain proper archiving system for inactive or closed patient files.
• Oversee secure disposal of outdated records as per policy.

Quality Assurance & Training

• Regularly review records for errors or missing information.
• Train staff on proper documentation practices and use of EMR systems.
• Ensure standardization of medical record-keeping across the clinic.
