Position Overview

myTVS Partsmart Pvt Ltd is seeking two experienced Field Sales & Marketing Executives to

drive sales and marketing initiatives for our automotive spare parts division in Kollam and

Ernakulam. This role is ideal for professionals with an MBA in Marketing and a background in

FMCG or automotive spare parts sales, who possess a strong understanding of sales

strategies and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase

market penetration and achieve sales targets in the designated region (Kollam or

Ernakulam).

• Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with

retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to enhance sales performance.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to monitor customer demand, industry

trends, and competitor activities.

• Logistics & Distribution Coordination: Ensure timely product delivery and maintain

optimal stock levels in collaboration with the distribution network.

• Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and

promotional activities to boost brand visibility.

• Sales Performance Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and market

insights to the management team.

• Training & Development: Provide training to distributors and retailers on product

knowledge and sales techniques to enhance sales efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA in Marketing (mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG or automotive

spare parts industry.

• Strong understanding of automotive spare parts sales, high-volume sales

strategies, and customer engagement.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a sales territory, and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with the local markets in Kollam and Ernakulam is an advantage.
