About Antara Senior Care

Antara Senior Care, a part of the Max Group, is Indias leading integrated senior care platform, offering Assisted Living (Care Homes), Home Healthcare (Care at Home), and specialised services tailored for seniors. As we expand in Bangalore, we are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused BTL professional to lead hyperlocal marketing initiatives.

Role Objective

To drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation for Antaras Care Home and Care at Home services in Bangalore through innovative, localised BTL campaigns and close coordination with sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

BTL Campaign Execution & Innovation

• Plan and implement hyperlocal BTL campaigns such as RWA activations, senior clubs, health kiosks, society engagement, and on-ground medical camps.
• Execute centrally designed campaigns from the HO marketing team while adapting them for local relevance.
• Explore and implement new, creative formats for community engagement.

Sales & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the sales team to support local lead-generation needs through relevant field activations.
• Collaborate with the operations and clinical teams to ensure smooth execution of community-based events and in-home trials.

Vendor & Agency Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage local vendors, event partners, printers, and fabricators.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective execution with adherence to brand quality standards.

Collateral & Compliance Management

• Efficiently manage marketing collateral inventory, including standees, brochures, flyers, branding kits, etc.
• Ensure timely replenishment, proper distribution, and usage tracking across all field touchpoints.
• Adhere to all internal and external compliance requirements related to branding, data collection, testimonials, and on-ground executions.

Content & Testimonial Capture

• Capture authentic patient stories and testimonials during events and field visits (with consent).
• Liaise with the content/creative team to turn them into impactful video/photo content.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain activity trackers, lead reports, cost sheets, and campaign performance data.
• Submit weekly/monthly reports highlighting ROI, feedback, and improvement areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
• 37 years of experience in BTL/field marketing, preferably in healthcare, senior care, diagnostics, or FMCG
• Familiarity with Bangalores geography, local networks, RWAs, and healthcare clusters
• Strong execution, coordination, and vendor management skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to localize messaging and engagement
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Fluency in English and Kannada is preferred
