Job Description

ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic configuration tasks in ServiceNow such as forms, lists, tables, and UI policies.
Support the maintenance of ServiceNow modules like
Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management
.
Create and update
Service Catalog items
and workflows using
Flow Designer
.
Participate in
testing, documentation, and deployment
of platform updates and features.
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical tasks.
Troubleshoot minor issues, escalate unresolved problems to senior developers or platform leads.
Learn and apply
ServiceNow best practices
under supervision
