Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Trainer located in Jaipur. The IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions on various IT topics, designing and developing lesson plans, and using innovative e-learning tools to enhance the learning experience. Additional responsibilities include providing individual guidance, tracking student progress, and ensuring engagement with course material in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge of Information Technology and related domains
Strong training, teaching, and mentoring skills to successfully educate students
Experience or proficiency in implementing E-Learning methodologies and tools
Proficiency in Windows and related technologies
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning needs
Experience in conducting training or workshops in programming, web/app development, or digital marketing is a plus
Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
