IT Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver technical and process training sessions to new and existing employees
Create and update training materials, manuals, and hands-on exercises
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs
Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into training

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Mandatory)
2years - 5 years of experience as an IT Trainer or Technical Trainer
Strong presentation and communication skills
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Ability to simplify complex IT concepts for learners
Comfortable working in
EST shift
