About the Role:

Outbound Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    outbound calls

    to prospective customers from the provided database.
  • Pitch company products/services and explain benefits to customers.
  • Handle customer objections and convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve

    daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

  • Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualification:

    Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
  • Experience:

    06 Months 2 years in BPO / Telecalling / Sales with good communication.

  • Skills Required:

    • Good communication skills in English
    • Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
