Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Inbound customer service calls | Back-office email | E-commerce and outbound support for retail and banking processes

Broad Responsibilities / Major Deliverables:

  • - Handling inbound customer calls, outbound calls, emails, and chats
  • - Listening to and understanding customer requirements
  • - Providing product/service details and benefits to customers
  • - Delivering end-to-end solutions
  • - Asking the right questions probing and prompting where necessary
  • - Timely and accurately capturing all information provided by the customer
  • - Following up with brands as per the escalation matrix until closure
  • - Staying up to date with knowledge of products, processes, and services offered by the client
  • - Ensuring full adherence to all quality parameters and SOPs
  • - Cooperating with team members, SMEs, and team leaders
  • - Ensuring 100% adherence to the schedule
  • - Escalating calls to the team leader/manager, where necessary
  • - Handling irate or demanding customers tactfully
