Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound tele calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide prompt and accurate support to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries.
  • Record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the system.
  • Follow up with the customer to ensure concerns are resolved.
  • Maintain customer database and prepare daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinates with internal teams to resolves customer issues and escalate cases when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any Stream.
  • 0-1 Year in customer support/ tele calling (Fresher can apply).
  • Strong Verbal and written communication.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Ability to handle customer queries with patience.
