Your Role: The Executive - Human Resources Operations will handle the business partnering activities for corporate and support the function in employee engagement and drive the strategic programs for the business unit. To ensure success, the role should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training. Your Responsibilities: Assist and participate with all internal and external HR related matters, guidelines and procedures. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for the Corporate. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. Roadmap Planning: Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing and planning the HR activities.
