Timings - 9.30am - 6.30pm

Weekend working

Tuesday / Wednesday Week off.

Previous Experience in Hospitality, Hotel, Airlines or or Real estate exp is Add on.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Front Office Management

Welcome and greet all visitors, clients, and channel partners in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.

Create a positive first impression by ensuring guests feel comfortable, informed, and valued.

Manage the reception area to maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environment at all times.

Guest Interaction & Customer Service

Handle guest inquiries related to projects, amenities, pricing, availability, and company services.

Address concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when required.

Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service aligned with NBR Group’s brand standards.

Sales & Site Support

Support the sales team by coordinating site visits, property viewings, and client walkthroughs.

Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming residential projects.

Assist in lead handling, client follow-ups, and basic documentation as required.

Communication & Coordination

Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and visitor correspondence efficiently.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, site operations, and security teams to ensure smooth guest movement and experience.

Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders.

Event Coordination

Assist in planning and execution of site events, client meetings, launches, and promotional activities.

Manage on-site guest coordination during events and ensure proper follow-up post-events.

Record Keeping & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, client interactions, feedback, and appointments.

Prepare basic reports related to guest visits, inquiries, and daily activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

2–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, hospitality, Airlines, Real estate, or customer service roles.

Experience in real estate or premium residential projects is an added advantage
