5 LPA + 7,000 shift allowance

Experienced (Minimum 4 Years):

Job Description – B2B Client Servicing

Act as the primary point of contact for
B2B clients in the US market
Handle
blended support
(voice calls, emails, and chat) professionally
Manage client queries, requests, and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements and service issues
Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and reports
Ensure adherence to
SLA, quality standards, and compliance
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Provide regular updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders

Skills Required

Excellent
verbal and written communication
skills
Strong client servicing and coordination abilities
Professional email etiquette and documentation skills
Ability to work in
US shifts
Prior experience in
B2B client servicing
preferred (mandatory for experienced candidates)
