We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer calls (inbound/outbound) professionally and empathetically.
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by following company protocols.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
• Update call logs, CRM, and records accurately after each interaction.
• Meet defined performance metrics such as call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, process changes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Undergraduate (as per client requirement).
• Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months in international voice process preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and 5 days a week.
• Ability to handle pressure and deliver targets in a fast-paced environment.
