Non-Voice BPO Customer Support

Rounds of Interview:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Graduate / Undergraduate
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of experience in CL11 (Fraud Investigation, Dispute Resolution, AML)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via email/chat regarding disputes or suspicious transactions.
  • Investigate fraudulent activities and initiate necessary action.
  • Analyze and validate customer complaints, ensuring resolution as per process guidelines.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate records of the investigations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for escalation and resolution.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary:

    Up to 7,00,000/- annually
  • Incentives:

    Up to 2,000 based on performance
