Hiring for Trainee for CS and Pricing (Fresher)

Tips: Preparing the quotations and procure and negotiate the rates with the customer to close the deal.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations based on the inputs given by the sales Team
• Procure/Negotiating rates for air, sea Export/Import Shipments
• Receive and acknowledge each and every incoming inquiry within stipulated time by providing quotation to the customer.
• Follow up with destinations for outcome / renegotiation.
• Compile a fortnightly report of quotes made & their output.
• Follow Up with customer to Confirm Shipment After Quotation.
• Updating inquiry status on E-freight software on weekly basis and ensuring all the inquiries status are nil by the month end.
• Handling RFQ’s for customer contract for regular business.
• Maintaining and preparing MOM/weekly sales report and provide the same to management.
• Regular updating on EFS portal for logging in the inquiry and quotation of the nomination and free
• hand shipments.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Require Fresher or 1 year of relevant experience in the industry.
