Looking for candidates only from Freight forwarding background. Handled local importer and exporters customer service. Backoffice profiles will not be considered.
Ā· Co- ordinate with Customer about queries/ shipment andĀ follow up on regular basis to secure the business
. Handling all 4 products - import, export, air and sea.
Ā·Ā Ā Coordinate the movement (arrival and dispatch) of consignments, tracking and updating the customer
Ā·Ā Ā Sending pre alerts and post alert activities.
Ā·Ā Ā Tracking shipments on daily basis and inform the concern if any discrepancy
Ā·Ā Ā Sending DSR as per customer requirement.
