Roles and Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to promote SBI products and services to customers.
Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversions, revenue generation, etc.
Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software
