Job Description: Hiring for Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada Voice Process !! Work From Office: Roles and Responsibilities: Handling calls/ Customer Queries / Customer Requests pertaining to product and service for Inbound/ Out bound calls effectively. Complaint Management, Solving Customer Grievances. Applying process / Product Knowledge in replying to customers An immediate joiner is preferable. Qualification: 12th / Any Degree. Shift Timings: 9 am to 6.30 pm.
