Job Description

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospects and customers to introduce products or services, and qualify leads. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients, gather necessary information, and generate sales leads through effective phone communication. Sales Conversion: Close sales by presenting products/services, overcoming objections, and using persuasive selling techniques. Follow-up: Track and follow-up with prospects who showed interest in the past and nurture relationships to drive sales. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support. CRM Updates: Maintain accurate records of calls, contacts, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends.
