Role & responsibilities

Hiring: Senior Supervisor HUL HFD (CPM India Sales & Marketing Pvt. Ltd.)

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Handle overall field operations, including merchandising, promoters, and manpower management.
Conduct regular field visits to GT and MT stores across Bangalore.
Ensure proper execution of sales and visibility plans at store level.
Manage team performance, compliance, and reporting activities.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution.
Maintain daily/weekly reports using MS Office tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
4 years of experience
in the FMCG industry.
Strong team management and field supervision skills.
Proficient in
MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Must be ready to travel within the assigned territory.
