Job Title:

Mandatory Certification (Anyone):

ServiceNow ITAM Certification
ServiceNow SAM Professional Certification
ServiceNow HAM Professional Certification

ServiceNow Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 6–10 years of overall ServiceNow experience
3–5 years of focused experience in ITAM/HAM/SAM
Design, configure, script, and integrate modules within ServiceNow
Hands-on experience with implementation and customization of ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules
Manage the entire IT asset lifecycle and ensure compliance and governance for IT assets and licensing
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions
Align business needs with ServiceNow solutioning effectively
