Work Location: Cochin Shifts: US Timings - 6:00 PM to 2:45 AM OR 9:00 PM to 5:45 AM (subject to business requirements) Work Model: Hybrid - 1 week Work from Office (WFO) & 3 weeks Work From Home (WFH) (subject to business requirements)Key Criteria:- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling and people management (mandatory)- Must have brokerage experience in Property & Casualty Insurance- Willingness to work in US shifts Compensation: Up to 16 LPA Transport facility available within a 22 km radius of the officeInterview Process:1.
