Senior Analyst Service Support Management

Job Summary

Act as the primary point of contact for regional service support operations.
Manage end-to-end
policy lifecycle processes
including renewals, endorsements, and updates.
Collaborate with Client Service Managers to ensure timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
Ensure compliance and service quality while minimizing rework and process gaps.
Take proactive measures to identify and implement process improvements.
Support business operations within the
Property & Casualty (P&C)
insurance domain.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
